Russell helped us (me, my wife, and my parents) buy a townhouse in Woburn. He was very responsive, by email or text/phone. We really appreciated his knowledge of the process, and he helped us with everything from start to finish - from making the offer, adjusting the offer, getting the P&S signed, securing financing, securing legal services, etc. etc. etc, all the way to the closing.

He was extremely calm under pressure (the place we bought had 20+ other offers!), and we never felt pressured by him. We felt like he was looking out for our best interests.
